"Who can I count on to get me through this?" That question is likely to be foremost in your mind if you're a disaster victim. What if the people you normally count on aren't there? What if they're too overwhelmed to help?

Those are the harsh realities with which many disaster victims must deal - the reality that the network that always gets them through may not be there to help, just when they need it the most.

A key part of recovery is discovering how to use the social network resources that remain, where to get help to replace missing resources, and how to rebuild the ties that have been disrupted.

That's the goal of our Recovery Coaching services. Using information from the Readi Nets-Recovery, we help employees identify sources of social support in their social networks and help them find avenues for reconstructing those networks. We'll help them craft strategies for rebuilding a network that LASTs, identifying the Locations, Attitudes, Skills, and Trajectory to a social network that supports both their work and their lives.
