Disasters alter the structure of our social networks - which means we may not be able to get help from the people we always count on, just when we need that help the most.

That's the goal of our Recovery Coaching services. Using information from the Readi Nets--Recovery, we'll help employees identify where they can still get social support in their social networks and help them find avenues for reconstructing those networks.
