Readinets respects your privacy. We collect only limited personal information on our site when you sign up for our newsletter, and when you request information or assistance from our group. We keep that information solely for our use (see below).

Should you choose to purchase our online assessment, we collect personal information as part of that product. Those data are kept temporarily on our secure server, as is the report that we generate from that assessment. After the period expires for you to access the assessment report, we will remove those data from the server.

No personal information that you provide will ever be sold, leased, rented, or disclosed, in any manner, to any person, without your prior consent, unless otherwise required by law or except as necessitated for audit requirements or to ensure regulatory compliance. As required by law, we shall release information to law enforcement authorities when presented with a valid search warrant or subpoena, and will respond similarly to a relevant discovery order in civil litigation. Upon proper request from you, we will make available to you any and all information collected about you.
